S4 giving me headaches

Electronics and household app.

I upgraded my cellphone at vodacom to a samsung S4, i was excited to start using the phone.
I was told by vodacom that there was a 7 day window that if any faults were present i had to return the phone, after going through the process vodacom told me the phone needed to be sent back to samsung for approval to get a new handset.
After waiting 5 working days i recieved a call from vodacom telling me that samsung had not approved a replacement phone as they found no faults.
The fault was clearly reported as a camera failure, when vodacom phoned to tell me the device was not approved i learned from them that your service people did not even try the camera or even try locate the fault.
This is totally unaceptable in my opinion. a problem that should not have taken more than 4 working days is taking nearly 10 and ive had enough.
The phone is brand new.
I will never recommend this product to anyone or even this brand due to your aweful service.
