I ordered RAM from Sybaritic on 19 September 2013. I was informed that there was one in stock. I PAID the full amount on 20 September. On the Friday and Monday I was informed they are checking the warehouse for stock.
On the 25th I was informed they could NOT find it and ordered from supplier.. On the 26th I was informed by the Managing Director, Graeme, that they would order the stock from the supplier and PROMISED me I would have it by the 27th Friday. After numerous phone calls (NEVER from them) I am informed they still have not got stock and could refund my money!!! It is 10 days later. I needed it urgently!! Now what??
