I paid for 2 x Samsung S4 Cell phones and now 1 month later he won't answer my calls, won't refund money and I am trying everything and anywhere for someone to please help me. He promised me delivery in 7 - 10 days and 1 month later now I can't get a hold of him. Please be aware and any helpful suggestions would be appreciated
