Movie Bought from Video Hu

Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy S3 and have purchased a Tom Cruise movie on it va the Video Hub using my Samsung Account. The Movie never downloaded, I sent a mail to their help and they responded asking me to send a screen dump of it, which I couldnt do on my phone. I then typed the exact details and have never heard from them since

I would like them to please refund me immediately
