A shop is underselling your product

I went to a shop looking to open a contract, my first choice was the Iphone 5, but I need the hotspot application more. I enquired with the Telkom 8ta consultant and asked her to check if the Iphone 5 offered this ability and after she consulted with other consultants and their manager, they said there is no wireless hotspot facility on the Iphone and so recommended that i took the Blackberry 9900 instead. 3days later after finding that thy i tried to return the 9900 for the Iphone but they refused, the manger said that Apple had called all Telkom 8ta shops and told them that this facility would not be provided to 8ta customers and I told that i did not ask if 8ta provided the hotspot facility, I asked her if Iphone, to which she admitted that she because she did not want me to open the contract with another provider. I have been and down 8ta and they keep giving me the run around, is the a way you can give them a call on my behalf cause I really want and deserve the Iphone!
