FAULTY DSTV REMOTE CONTROL

I purchased a dstv remote control from Hyperama, Pavilion Westville branch on the 4 May 2013 which lasted 2 nights.
I took it back to Hyperama Pavilion for an exchange on the 7th May. I received a new replacement which lasted till 11 May 2013, 4 DAYS!
How mant times do I have to go back for an exchange?
Should you be selling this product to unsuspecting customers if the quality is this bad.
