Salesman - Sibu, Floor Manager - Lizzy, Store Manager - Pule. I purchased a notebook from the store. @ the time they did not have stock. the salesman promised to get the item from another store & promised to phone me when they received the stock to collect it. The items were paid for. 4 days later, no notification from the store. "I" phoned the store, asked for the store manager & Lizzy addressed me & agreed it was poor service, recorded my details and promised to get back to me. Minutes later, Sibu called & advised he had it & I could collect. I advised that if not on Thursday, I would collect it on Friday afternoon, 01/02/2013. Getting to the store today at 4pm I was told that he's on lunch & the casual offered to assist. "30" minutes later, Sibuniso lets me know that he doesn't have the stock. after advising this was unacceptable, no solution was put on the table. After asking for the manager who is actually Pule, I'm told that they can't committ to a time to deliver the item to me. After total frustration and a lack of service, no care was given to resolve my issue. Having paid for the merchandise, Hi Fi Corp must be charged with and must compensate me! Disgusted.
