LOST TIME THANKS TO INCOMPETENCY

The university is joke. They fail in handling basic admin. I registered on the 7th of December 2012 for post grad diploma in tax. Faxed through my paper work that UNISA claimed not to have received. I have been calling them on a daily basis since the start of the year. Paid in the required monies and everything only to find out now, 3 months later that my paper work was never even processed to begin with.

I sent emails to info services still to no joy. There is a Sindisiwe that has an Attitude from Mars.
