Failing to remark my exam paper!!

On 20/12/2012 I paid R130 to remark an exam paper (FAC1601) and still to this day I don't have a result of the remark. Ive sent so many emails and have just been ignored most of the time and the phones at unisa just ring or if whoever picks up cant help. Eventually I received an email saying that they will go ahead with the remark but I see im charged R170?? when I already paid a fee of R130. When I queried that, no one replies to me and my emails are just ignored! This paper is a supplementary which im supposed to write the 14/05/2013 but not sure because I require my remark results. Also I shouldn't be charged a fee when I already paid for the remark on 20/12/2012. Also on one of the previous emails from the exam department I was told that I would have my result by the end of March! The service from unisa is really disgusting! So currently im sitting here with no remark result and im overcharged!
