Poor Admin - Cannot registe

After applying for my post graduate diploma in Accounting Science, I was requested to submit further documents viz, academic record proof of completion of degree. I faxed these documents to 012 429 4150 on the 18/12/2013, as indicated on the letter of request and till date, have not received confirmation. When I try to register, I am prompted with an on screen error that my documents have not been received. I then re-faxed these documents on several occasions, yet I am still unable to register.
I then try emailing the dedicated email accounts (study-info@unisa.ac.za, applications@unisa.ac.za, econcta@unisa.ac.za) with no joy, I then resorted to smsing 43578, again with no joy. As a final resort I tried calling the respected departments directly, again with no joy, as the staff do not answer their ringing phones or they put it of the hook to appear busy (General Applications and Registration queries:012 441 5888, Applications:012 429 6171, College of Economic and Management Science:012 441 5700).
As the closure of registration draws ever nearer, I fear the attitude to UNISA and the admin staff towards students will greatly disadvantage many.
