UNISA R7600.00 FOR NO SERVICE

I registered for CTA part in Unisa in Jan. I applied for a bursary at work. I paid with my credit card on budget expecting the bursary to come through. It did not. I had to cancel the course because I could not afford to pay the remaining R10000.00. I aslo had some personal issues around finance and home obligations. I did not do 1 assigmenet or exam and deregistered in a month. UNISA has taken my entire R7000.00 rand for one set of workbooks. Thats all I recived. All other Universities have a deregistartion timeline were a person can get some of their fees back. Not Unisa. Paper University!!! I want part of my fees back!!!
