Unisa
No response!!!

After months trying to get hold of anyone at Unisa in Pretoria I still have not received any response from them!!! They lists themselves as a company who responds to comments on Hellopeter, yet I haven't received any feedback from them. When I took the time and drove there, it was a total waste of time as most of them were busy with personal business on their desktops. This type of behavior is beyond frustrating-these employees are receiving a salary for doing less then nothing! Professor TS Maluleke sends out these automated responses acknowledging the receipt of an email with the promise to give feedback, but never follows through. What will it take for Unisa to start delivering the service that is expected? I am not one of those people constantly complaining about everything, but maybe the only way for them to start responding to these comments will be to get the media involved.
