UNFAIRLY MARKED EXAM PAPER!!!

I recently received my exam mark for my MNG302B paper. This was a supplementary exam for me which I failed. I requested a remark when I wrote this paper in May/June 2013 and have still not received any information from UNISA about this. I also requested a copy of my exam script and saw that the lecturer did not mark the paper and lines where drawn across my work. I was unfairly marked. I got 87% for my assisgnments. I want an explaination from UNISA regarding my exam. What happened to my remark requested in June? Why is the lecturer not marking this paper? Why is the paper not being signed by whoever is marking the paper? Neither MR F Crafford, MS A Davis nor MS S Maree marked my paper. Who is marking this paper? Why was I failed? Show me where I went wrong. I expect a response from UNISA regarding these questions.
