Ordered book in January, still no book

On 25 January I ordered a book from Juta for my UNISA subject (COS2614) - An Introduction to Design Patterns in C with Qt. The book was out of stock and they said they placed the order. I was informed at the time by Lance that the order would take roughly 3-4 weeks. On 12 Feb I enquired about the book. On 19 Feb I got a reply and I was told the book was ordered and would be in stock in the next 2-3 weeks. On 28 March I enquired again and was told the book would only be available at the end of April. This is ridiculous. Firstly, it is such poor customer service that I have to keep following up and wasn't informed of delays. I write exam in the beginning of May, so what use will this book be to me at the end of April. Also, I haven't been able to complete my assignment. Very very poor service.
