Account Problems, Refunding, Call Center and fax

Hi i work for the SA Navy, i registered and paid for my course at unisa this year. my account then got paid in full by the navy. so now i would like to get my money refunded to me. when i enquired about it, unisa says that the amount is not showing on their system, yet i have a proof of payment saying it went through successfully on the 13th of Feb already. i have an over payment and would like the R5900 paid back into my account asap. the call centre is also never any help, that's considering if you ever get through to someone who then just passes you on to someone else and then someone else, and so the cycle goes on. another factor i that the fax numbers given never work. i don't know whats going on but unisa surely has really poor service.
