I can't access myunisa and no one helps

I can't access my unisa or my life accounts. I have tried ALL the recovery options including claim initial login and they don't work. I have emailed myUnisaHelp@unisa.ac.za and myLifeHelp@unisa.ac.za and I get no reply. I have all called all the numbers given and the numbers are just engaged. I even complained twice on hello peter now and I haven't been given any help or useful information. Can UNISA give me a new account (which is apparently not possible!)... or close and reopen my old account. Otherwise I'll be forced to get my money back as I am going overseas and won't be able to send or receive post. My student number is 41081773. Please sort this out ASAP UNISA!!..It would be nice if someone from UNISA actually calls me or emails me personaly in reply to this... I would really appreaciate it.
