Paided through online system - didn't work

Over two weeks ago, I registered using the UNISA online system and paid at the same time using my credit card. My credit card shows the debit but my account does not show that I am registered. It says temporarily registered pending payment. I have now used the SMS system and email system to try to get this rectified and have had no response. I want to get on with my studies for the year and nothing is happening. I have tried the accounting department but the phone just rings. I have tried both:

Nothing seems to work. This is my third year of studies and so far all has been fine. This is very disappointing.
