Still no response regarding application

Good Morning

I applied for a new degree in January after I passed my previous degree at Unisa last year. I paid my minmum payment and submitted all my supporting documentation.

I received an email from Unisa saying that registrations will be finalised by 8 February 2013. I have still heard nothing from Unisa regarding this.

I have emailed repeatedly and I have also smsed. i have tried calling but my calls never go through.

If someone could help me or respond and let me know where I stand that would be much appreciated.
