NO RESPONSE FROM UNISA ON GRADUATION

I completed my degree with Unisa and have not received a confirmation letter of completion of my degree.

Myunisa shows my degree is complete, I emailed Unisa over a week ago and still no response to my email.

Confirmation were supposed to be sent by end of January,
