Good day

I submitted my application for CTA to Unisa in December 2012 (as per requirement, as i am from a resident university), I have completed all the necessary forms and attached all relevant documents. After submitting I received an automated email stating that Unisa will respond by the 18th January 2013. Today is the 21st January and I have not received any feedback from Unisa. CTA registrations close on the 25th January.

I have tried calling Unisa numerous times but no one is able to offer me any assistance. I have even decided to take a trip and go to Pretoria to main campus. I stood in in a line for 1 and a half hours just to be told that if I do not have a student number they cannot help me. I have also sent many emails but I haven't received any responses.

I plead with Unisa to please assist me before the 25th so that a year does not go to waste
