Application to study through UNISA

I appled online to study towards my LL.B at UNISA, the system then said that I have a duplicate application on the system and that I have to email me name, surname, ID number to [Email Removed] I did so immediately. No response was received except for that of an automatic response. Applications close in 9 days time and I have still not received a response in a week. I also emailed [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] - but no response about my application was received - only automatic responses. I am unable to go to UNISA because I work 6 days a week. Why is it such an issue to want to apply for a degree with an accredited institution, in fact the only institution that offers the degree through correspondence. Very unhappy with the level of service from a long standing institution like UNISA.
