Academic record issue

Good Morning

I finished my qualification at the end of last year, yet when I asked for my academic record and eventaully received it, it said that my qualification was incomplete.
I then emailed to find out why it says that and I received no response.
I emailed and smsed before this just to confirm whether I would be able to graduate, if I passed my last subject and it was confirmed for me. I still have the email and sms.

I have still not received any clarity as to why my academic record would say incomplete, when I have passed all 10 modules and it was confirmed by UNISA that I would be able to graduate in April this year.

If someone could respond as soon as possible, that would be much appreciated.
