FED up with UNISA's lack of service

I registered and paid for my studies on 24th Jan 2013. Student no 35295716. I have since received an email from the regisrar saying my registration will not be completed until the minimum initial payment has been received. I have responded to the email and sent proof of payment and heard nothing back.
I have also had two modules declined and no explanation given, I started my degree in 2004, moved over seas and now I'm back and in a hurry to complete it withing the next two years, I NEED clarification on the requirements but no one will help. According to fellow students even with the recent changes in the course structure, we should stick to our planned modules from the date of initial registration but obviously this is not true as according to MY record, I meet all the requirements for these two modules that were declined! PLEASE UNISA... I've always sung your praises when fellow student complained - seems I might have to change my tune!
