Registration - 15th January not yet approved

This is the FINAL call on Hello Peter. I will NOT let this go.

This is an email I received on the 15th January 2013 and I replied, with an EMAIL on the same day. Today, I speak to Noel, and he says that my FAX (which was a query following up from the 15th January, not a registration) was only received on the 28th January. Which in Unisa eyes, is after closing date which was the 25th January. UNISA, I emailed my form, as per YOUR instructions, on the 15th January.

See email below and let me know what's the next step. Because this is TOTALLY unacceptable.
