UNISA's LACK OF CONCERN FOR STUDENTS

I am a first time student at UNISA, registered in January this year. I have previously studied for a BCOM accounting degree at another University&had to submit an exemption of study units form to be credited for the modules I have completed. I was told at registeration that my credits will need to be approved in Pretoria head office. I have the intention on registering next semester to complete my degree yet my student record is not even credited with the modules I have completed. In order to avoid issues during the second semester registration process later this year, I contacted Unisa for assistance. I have sent numerous emails&tried calling the many numbers on the UNISA website, yet no one bothers to answer calls or assist students or even provide me feedback on my credits from January.
I have never experienced being in a university that ignores their students. It is extremely disappointing&I would never recommend this institution to anyone. Instead of assisting students UNISA causes more stress&worry. UNISA has no regard for their students and I regret not completing my degree at my previous University.
