A So called account in arrears

A few months ago I got an email saying my account was in arrears and I an complained to whoever was responsible and it got sorted, now again I get an email saying my account has been handed over cos it hasn't been paid, ive lost it completely and im done now cos some stupid has not done their job and sent the cancellation letter to who ever was suppose to get it. this is the only thg left to do cos nothing else seems to get through to the that work there.
ive also asked that they stop emailing me their emails and that didn't register with those either so mayb now someone will get the message cos ive had enough now
