Almost 5 months after I was promised that they would correct my account, make sure I don't get sms's and letter regarding outstanding money and also refund my deposit, I still have not received anything and I am still getting letters that my account is in arrears. Customer services phone me to find out if everything was sorted and when I told them no, they were going to follow this up but still have not hear anything.
