Reports updated, right information its important

Hi, I am a student at Lisof in Randburg they specialise in fashion design, i must say i love the place and going there has been such a great experience in education in fashion, but unfortunately our reports and marks are not always located right actually most student are having this issue, we have the hassle of missing marks which is a huge problem, i have sent in a report from two years ago requesting the marks to be allocated correctly a year ago, this effects our point system, please attend to this asap.
