FAC1502 Results still outstanding

FAC1502 was written on the 10th of May, notification was sent out and posted all over your websites that final release date is the 8th of july or earlier as soon as marks become available. Today is the 9th of July and still nothing for FAC1502. Yesterday on the final day of release, an notification went out saying system error, file corrupt etc. Examiners are processing marks again, you will have them the morning. Well its the morning 9 July and we get an sms saying the next 24 hours. Registration closes 12 July, how are we suppose to register if we want to do the follow up subject or what if we have to redo this module. Are these marks that are going to come out be correct or just thumb sucked to get them out. Why did we not hear anything before the final day of release that there are errors. 2 months has gone by since the exam took place and you only saw this problem now? Do you not have backups in place, a plan B, in the event of this. I pay my fees on time even before the deadline so I expect service. Bringing me to my account, i make small but regular payments, and yet that is also not being allocated or updated efficiently.
