I need my marks or to see my script

I have been given the run around since the June 2013 for my First and second opportunity marks as the ITS system just say no admission to the exam and the printed result show or showed no mark, i an disgusted as a student as the examination department people where rude and bad mannered and didnt offer any help. i dnt know who or where to go as everybody doesnt seem to care.. please assits with this matter...
