Lost Student File & Transcripts

Rosebank College lost my student file with all my transcripts, I have been waiting for my transcripts since 2011. Every time i go to school they tell me they don't have my marks on the system and its a different excuse everyday. They told me that the IT guys will go through the server to get hold of my tests so they can be remarked so my marks can be captured, today i went there and the IT guys told me the server crashed last year and marks were backed up on an external hard drive??! That same external hard drive now they are saying its broken and still needs to be fixed. Its been broken for a while now apparently. I don't understand how a school can stay with a broken external hard drive with students marks, or how does a school lose a STUDENT's FILE in the first place. Since last year they have been sending me around with different excuses each time. I even spoke to the principal and he brushed the matter off saying they will look for the marks and get back to me, up until now there has been no positive progress. They keep saying they will look for the marks, what i don't understand is where will they look for those marks because they have been looking for more than a year now.
