INCORRECT JUNE REPORT

My daughter is a grade 12 Intec student (10011549399) upon receiving her June report she was shocked and upset to see that her maths marks were very bad (she normally does very well) so she asked the high school exam dept for a breakdown of the results. Upon receipt of this we could see that there was a problem and that assignment marks had not been included, therefore her marks were incorrect and her report was inaccurate. She has so far only received generic responses to her emails and nothing has been done about correcting her marks. She needs to submit this report to the University she wants to study at next year asap. I am disappointed with the way that this matter has been dealt with - no apology and no help!
