Non adherence to delivering of service

Since October 2013 I've been struggling to obtain a booking of examination from College SA.

The arrangement that they have and agreed upon is that students can write examinations at Boston College in Pretoria Hatfield and Pretoria North. Since October 2013 I've been struggling to obtain an examination date and College SA is dragging their feet. Friday 24 January 2013 College SA tells me that the only venue available is Sandton. i did not register for the course to go and write examinations in Sandton. I reside in Pretoria and therefore you will get a venue asap in Pretoria.

I'm filling a formal complaint at the Department of Higher Education as well as at SAQA. Seeing that you cannot deliver a service as per agreed upon agreement.

You were quick to accept the full course fees paid if this is not sorted by today I want a full refund.

Take note that I will also place this under the attention of the Consumer Commission.
