Am very disappointed with UJ

One of my family member just passed matric 2013, he applied for studying Mechanical engineering and he was admitted. he as a student number and all that. this year he went with his results to register they tell him that the course is full, but his application was approved last year. am very disappointed with UJ it is one of the biggest institution in S.A but they do this.wow
