No responce in connection with my loan application

Hi My name is Martin Sifunda.
I am a 3rd year student studying at north west university. I applied for a student loan at nedbank, and until today I haven't get any response whether my application has been successful or rejected. My outstanding balance need to be settled by the end of july.
I need to whether I should apply at another for a student loan at another bank institution... I am impatiantly waiting in vain.
