No Response, no feedback, no one answering phones

It seems as though even on hello peter UNISA does not respond. I have been trying to get admitted / registered since August last year for my honours in Business Informatics 2013. First they had to approve my studying, which they havent done, I have a student number only because I took up one subject for non degree purposes a few years back. They need to approve me coming from another University, which they havent done. Then they tell me I can register everything is ok, but when I try I get an error saying I've been excluded. When I ask them again they said they still have to approve my studying and its an error in the system. No one responds to any emails / sms's / phone calls. The one or two responses I did get from the study info emails and sms's were so idiotic they weren't even worth looking into. I have two little babies under 3 years old, I can't stand in queues and queues with them and I live 6 hours away from any family so my on only option is to apply / register online. If only someone would give me at least an intelligible email to tell me that my application is still under review / that I will be able to register in a few days / just anything! student number 41772520
