I DON'T THINK MY APPLICATION WAS EVEN CHECKED

I have applied in 2012 for 2013 to study geology or LLB in your institution. i received my application status letter saying i was not admitted due to space. i got my matric results which were not at my level best i then decided to upgrade them in jintek varsity college. in the beginning of this year i then applied to avoid what happened to the 2012 application, i submitted my application forms, id copy, proof stating that am upgrading my marks and my grade 12 final marks i then again received my application letter status saying that i was not admitted due to that my MARKS DON'T QUALIFY. i was shocked because i stated that am upgrading my marks. i then tried to apply again this time using my application forms, id copy, June upgrading marks, proof stating that i am a student at jintek varsity college and i am upgrading my Physical Sciences and Life Sciences marks. when i went to submit my application forms they told me that i cant apply twice in a year i only get one chance. i tried to explain but the lady didn't want to even hear my explanation. i regarded UJ as the best University that take their customers complains in to consideration but now am thinking opposite. please HELP ME.
