C&K Moneyline Breach of own Contract

A sales agent visited me and explained to me how the JSE- learner/simulation program work. I had concerns about the strict compliance rules which I had to adhere to and the agent phoned the director who spoke to me and ensured me my money back, guaranteed, if I do not achieve 40% growth in 12 months which he also changed to 20% in 6 months, and a discounted price of R17950-00

i bought the software and deposit R2000-00 in their account and went to their website [URL Removed] to study the ""Strict Rules"" to comply to but could not find the rules till to date

I decided to cancel my contract and notify them and returned my unopened, undamaged, in tact package within my cooling off period
(They returned the package back to me which I did not accept. They told me I must keep the package or
we will send the package back and forth, I must accept it)

After numerous phone calls, they never returned my calls to confirm cancellation and refund.
Till today, verbally confirmed and I must pay 10% administration and handling fees and the visit from the sales agent The price is R20000-00 so they will keep my deposit
