Refund still not paid

At the end of July 2012 a DTS sales guy sold me the Sharetrackin software with lots of promises. He could not demonstrate the software, which would have showed me how stupid it really was. The contract did not stipulate many of these promises, but I managed to reduce it to a 3 month simulation period.

I used the software, and followed the rules to the letter. But the software was extremely glitchy and not user friendly at all. I complained and made improvement suggestions to the support staff of Sharetrakin, but none was ever implemented.

By early November 2012 I did not reach the Simulation target, and claimed my money back. After numerous calls and emails, and having to try and explain this simple concept to them over and over again, they finally acknowledged by end February 2013 that my claim was approved. I was informed that the money would be paid on 14 March 2013.

It is now 27 weeks since I lodged my claim, and I still do not have my money back.
