Mid July I got a call from a VODACOM sales agent to tell me more about an UPGRADE on my data package. I have 6 contracts with these people. I was on BUSINESS 500 and the sales agent told me about the VIP 199 which I chose. Come August 1, my phone is not working no calls, incoming or outgoing, my mails dead. August 3 after calls back and forth I learn I was downgraded to top-up 200, and to make it worse on 2 other contracts used by my kids they changed from top up 135 to top up 400 with absolute no consent from me.
A week later am still waiting on Noleen the data Upgrade investigator to come back to me about the recording of the conversation I had with the agent but I have since been told they cant put me back on my previous package, i have to wait on September 1st as migration only happen start of month. Am stuck with a package i never chose, i have to buy airtime now and am losing out big time on my business and nobody has the decency to even tell me whats happening, except passing the buck.
Am on a contract I never chose, and nobody tells me how am to be compensated. Am beyond with VODACOM at present.
