WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

AFTER THEIR ENDLESS SALES CALLS WE FINALLY GAVE UP AND DECIDED TO USE THIS NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM.

WITHIN THE NEXT 2 DAYS WE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND CHARGES WERE DEDUCTED FROM OUR ACCOUNT.

WHEN I GOT THE PACKAGE I REALIZED THAT I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO INSTALL THIS SYSTEM.
I CALLED NXATEL AND ASKED THEM HOWCOME I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE PRODUCT.

I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE AN INCOMPLETE PACKAGE AND THAT I LL BE AWAY FOR SOME TIME SO WE CAN SORT THIS THING WHEN I RETURN.

WHEN I CAME BACK FROM OVERSEAS, I CALLED THEM FOR GUIDANCE ON HOW TO INSTALL THIS PACKAGE AND THAT I STILL HAVE A PHONE MISSING.

I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT NOT ONCE DID ANYONE CALL ME BACK.
EVENTUALLY, I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY SERVICES.

I COMPLETED THE CANCELLATION FORM AND THE ONLY THING I RECEIVED WAS AN EMIAL BACK SAYING ITS BEEN PROCESSED.

ITS MONTHS ALREADY THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY STILL DEDUCTING ME MONTHLY FEES TO THIS DAY.

I HAVE CALLED NXATEL ATLEAST OVER 15 TIMES IN THIS ENTIRE PROCESS, NOT ONCE HAVE THEY RETURNED MY CALLS.

I M DISGUSTED WITH NXATELS CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLS DO ME JUSTICE
