A diploma which is not acredited with SAQA

Good day my name it is Themba L Dubazana I from Namahadi Frankfort I was a student at Tshwane University of Technology from 2004 to 2006 doing a course on Public Financial Practices and Office Skills and in 2010 while I was busy applying for a job that's when I found out, that the course it was not accredited with SAQA.I took the matter up with TUT but I was not assisted, took the matter to Public Protector whom they sent me a letter that states that they find the varsity guilty but after that they just kept quite, I don't know if I can get help from u.
