Fess paid and registration unfinalised

In the past month UNISA has create a complete lack of trust. First issues with th registration itself and now after having paid the registration fee, their system deducts the amount of my bank account, but returns with an error stating ' receipt created but invalid SA cell number. No registration performed. Please contact UNISA on 012 429 2844'.

A few problems with that response:

1. I am a USA based student as per my exam centre being Atlanta, Georgia, of course there is no SA cell number.
2. I received an email confirming I am registered that details all my modules to the UNISA issued myLife email address.
3. I have tried contacting the number provided and there is no answer (should I expect otherwise?).
4. Now, tracking my registration status, still states pending payment yet my account balance on myUnisa is in credit of the required amount?

Should I really consider pursuing further studies at UNISA? Or should I relate to the folk on an international level the pathetic administration by "SA's leading distance learning University"?

Can this not be resolved in complete like I initially assume it would?
