Registration / Payment Erro

Good Day

I am currently a student at UNISA. I have registered with UNISA for the 1st semester on the 21-01-13. Upon registration and payment i received an error message. The number (012 429 2844) provided as point of contact is apparently the wrong number and the lady that answers the phone there is unable to assist. I have been provided with a reciept number 20130121-2356-021 however no registration was performed. I have called several numbers with no luck as the numbers are constantly engaged or never answered.
I require urgent feedback as the closing date for registration is about to end and UNISA is giving me a run around.
