UNISA - Registration Oblivion

I have registered for 5 subjects on the 2nd of January and as of yet the registration has not gone through. I can see that I am in the queue. I have already called multiple times of which I only got through to an operator once and when I managed, the person could not help me at all! If I get registered today that leaves 3 months to order the books, complete the assignments and prepare for the exams.
1. PLEASE register me already
2. WHY did this happen! (Slow registration, Only automatic email responses, overloaded call centres)
