Registration on web, email, fax not done

I have been trying for the past two weeks to register on the Unisa website, via email and fax and my registration status still reflects as incomplete on MyUnisa as incomplete and on the website as 'no registration'.

I have spoken to two different people and have emailed the necessary documents to all the email address' their registration department has asked me to and have still not had any success.

I can not get a hold of anyone in their registration department any longer as the lines ring and cut off or are engaged constantly. I am based in the USA and for 'The leading distance education university of South Africa' this service is shocking.

I have even tried contacting the head of international relations at the SRC, the head of the SRC and the deputy head of the SRC with no answer from any of them.

In a nutshell, I expect my semester 1 registration to be finalised and my study material couriered in time as today is now the final date of registration!!!
