No feedback - exemption of study units application

I sent an application for exemption at the beginning of 2011 and again in April and September of 2013. I faxed the forms, I sent emails, made phone calls - all this and still no response. I was at the Sunny side campus in July and was told that my application was still being processed. I plan to complete my degree next year (2014), but this will NOT be possible if I don't get feedback in 2013!!! I have not received any feedback; no email, phone call, post - NOTHING! Could someone please give me feedback - this waiting is so frustrating...
