Exemptions of study units

I applied for exemption of the study units which I did at the University of the Free state, I got exemption for non of my units, I can't accept this for I even got distinctions for some of them. Please help me with this, Must I apply again and if so what is all the documents that I need to send with the application? Please assist me with this matter.
