No UNISA credits for Comptia qualifications

I, student 53864514, have submitted an application for exemption for the following two modules in my studies: ICT1531 and ICT1532 as I have previously completed Comptia A and N . I have submitted both my college transcripts and the ORIGINAL COMPTIA A and N CERTIFICATES as proof and I get the following reply: "Kindly note that your application for exemption of study units was declined due to the fact that your previous institution
is not accredited."

As far as I know, "Comptia" is an internationally accredited IT Certification Institution. I also find that the A books I had to order for the ICT1531 is the same material that I previously studied. I can not understand why I should study for the same modules twice even if I provide proof of studies.

I have placed this application on 14 July 2013 and only received this short declining response now on the 3rd September 2013.
