Four year waiting period for exemption application

Four years ago I registered at UNISA for my BEd degree. Along with my registration I also applied for exemption for subjects that I have previously studied at a different institution. Those years they had a call centre. I phoned monthly to check up and was told that the process takes time and I had to wait. I reapplied three years back because of no feedback and they did reply to this application by telling me I had to give them original syllabi for the subjects completed. I did... I reaplied last year June because of the lack of response, they said I had to give them the original syllabi again which I did. I am still waiting. I have completed all the subjects I could without these modules. Some of these modules I decided to complete, but it takes a lot of money and time which at this stage I have neither. This also means that I take R1500.00 per month less on my salary because of the fact that I haven't received my exemption. Friday registrations close and still... So not only are they asking me money to study, but they are costing R1500.00 for the last year. For this particular reason I could not register my husband either... No funds
